I am making a list and was wondering if anyone sees anything missing. It's easy to get tunnel vision or distracted. It's a basic list that would be adjusted for each person. I'm seriously blanking on dinner because I am so used to cooking from scratch I can't think of what to put in that section. I am making this for the assumption will either will be leaving (cat 5 hurricane) or no able to crank up the generator (again hurricane). Having power is awesome and hurricanes stay away!!!
Breakfast: Dried fruit - Dried cereal - Apple sauce - instant grits/oatmeal/CoW - Protein bar - Juice
Lunch: protein/cracker combo - ready to eat food like spaghetti o’s/ canned soup - fruit in juice - water
Dinner: solid protein - solid vegetable - solid grain option - crackers - water
Snacks: jerky - fruit - juice/protein drink - chia seeds to go in juice or water - non-melting candy bar - Nekot type crackers - Emergency food bars - honey/sugar packets - tea/coffee/Gatorade/Kool-Aid - gum/candy
Individual needs: Halls - Toothpicks Q-tips Lip balm Bobby pins toothbrush with toothpaste/water clean wipes wash cloth sanitizer extra bandanas plastic gloves brown/leather gloves breathing masks eye drops

rope/zip ties/bread ties multi-knife with sharpener lighter can opener trash bags/zip lock bags hair ties personal meds with backups headache meds nausea meds motion sickness meds allergy meds
individual id kits with current picture/meds/allergies/doctor info/etc
medication/first aid: That is an ongoing process updated often.
