Let’s face it. We aren’t going to survive unless we can move. Even if you are not in great shape, don’t give up yet!
Start with mobility and warm up. Look for good mobility videos on YouTube. My favorite is Tom Morrison, am taking suggestions for others. Work on your flexibility, then build strength, stamina and speed.

I went from a very active job, to a job where I've been sedentary for about four years. Needless to say I've put on a lot of weight. I've been rowing in the mornings for a while but my weight hasn't budged. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I started Keto. I'm down 13 pounds, never hungry, and feel more energy every day. While Keto isn't for everyone, it doesn't hurt to try it out. Meals and snacks are heavenly and you don't feel the least bit deprived.

I lost 25lbs on keto and just restarted today. Let’s do this!

I'm loving it. And the upside is it's not as expensive as Atkins, which I did for a year and a half.
Check out the Simple Stupid Keto app. It's a great way to track your macros and show your progress.
I also highly recommend the ruled.me site. It has a butt load for recipes and information.
